    REMINDERS !

    ⟢Be reminded that ALL items are for PRE-ORDER. Which means, all items are not with me yet. I humbly ask for your patience as the production will only start after the pre-order period. So please only order when you are willing to wait!
    ⟢ Production period takes at least 8 weeks if no delays.

    There will be 2 rounds of payment:
    1) The total amount that follows the deadline of payments;
    2) For shipping fee, which would be after the production period (TBA)

    VIOLATIONS !

    ⟢ Cancellations in all forms are not allowed. There is a fine of Php 300 for every cancellation.
    ⟢ Kindly follow the given time-frame. There will be a fine of Php 50 per day. Applicable up to 3 days, then cancellation fee will be followed.

    SHOPEE FAQs 
    ⟢When are your shopee restocks?– I usually open sales/restocks after my pre-order period, so I can’t promise that my shopee will always be open during monthly sales, etc. But I do have leftover stocks that you can purchase as long as it's available!
    ⟢Do you offer cash on delivery in shopee?– Yes!
    ⟢What are your available couriers in shopee?– We have GoGo Express, J&T Express, and Flash Express
    ⟢When will you restock [item] ?– I consider restocking a particular item if it has enough interest! so feel free to let me know if you’re looking for anything so we can include them in the next shop update!

    SHOP FAQs 
    Will there be freebies?-Definitely! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ
    Some prices have gotten a bit higher, why is that?- I have changed manufacturers for selected items to ensure more quality products!
    Why are some items from your past collections not available?- I either have different plans for them, or it's because of production unavailability.
    Where can i ask/look for updates?- You can send me an email with your order number as the subject and we also have the master list right here so please double check it first before asking! sending me a dm is fine, but it will take a while for me to respond. I update the masterlist as regularly as i can, so please go straight ahead there first!
    Can I open a Group Order for [country]?- Of course you can! Please inform me through DM so i could retweet and add you to the list! Feel free to convert my prices to to USD or whichever currency.
    Where can I find the list of Group Order Managers?- I will be attaching their tweets in my opening shop thread, so kindly refer from there!
    Can I resell your items?- Strictly no. If you find anyone with unauthorized selling of my merch, please do report.
    Can I use your masterlist/form/carrd/policies as a reference for my shop?- Strictly no.
    Do you have plans to make merch for [characters] ? / please make sa [character] merch!- As much as i would like to make merch for every characters, ships, and rarepairs, i believe it’ll take long before i could actually do that (cries) i usually make merch for particular characters if it has enough interest, so make sure to influence your friends too!
    Can I ask for details about your supplier?- Please refrain from asking these. Such questions will not be entertained as it is strictly confidential!

    -- Currently, I won't be accepting same-day deliveries as it's not much of a convenient way of delivery for me. Kindly choose any of the mentioned couriers instead.

    ⟢ Help! I picked the wrong shipping method/Can I change my shipping courier?
    -- once all the items are ready to be shipped, i will send a notice email. In that email includes a google form where you can change you courier/shipping details/additional packaging. Kindly wait for that email if you have plans to make changed about your details.
    ⟢ When can i pay for my shipping fee?
    -- you will pay once i sent the notice email that your order is ready to be shipped.
    ⟢ Can i change my payment method to pay for the shipping?
    -- Yes you can. no need to ask permission
    ⟢ How much is the shipping fee (local)
    -- Kindly refer to the shipping info. take note that the price there may subject to change depending on the weight of your order.
    ⟢ How much is the shipping fee (intl)
    -- I'll be sending all intl customers/GOMs an email for the shipping fees and available couriers that they can use. Currently working on the google sheets for the prices.
    ⟢ Can i do package requests?
    -- Doodles are okay.
    -- For extra packaging (i.g. more bubblewraps/more cardboards) may require you for additional fees as i'll be only using an equitable amount for it.

    SHIPPING GUIDELINES !

    I will only collect the shipping fees once they are ready to be shipped.
    I will only ship your orders if you are fully paid.
    ⟢ Kindly provide your accurate shipping details to avoid delivery delays.
    Please bear in mind that we have a pandemic going on so shipping may encounter delivery traffics.
    I am not liable for any damages and delays caused by the courier.
    If so happens that you received an incomplete order, kindly let me know through email so I could accommodate you properly. Then send me an email with a video proof attached, I will only issue a refund if you provided an unboxing video and it must not be edited!
